There is a minister from manoharpur constituency and she used to be a leaf collector from forests of saranda and now a muslim runs her conduct in govt. because she is a ST with husband dead in an incident . She now speaks a good deal. But then public need a leader not a loader. If somebody inferior is leading you automatically you have no other choice but to become like him or her to survive. This is what happening here.
